There may be exit fees from your loan with your current lender to move loans.
You will need to have your home revalued.
Costs involved
Exit fees - Any fees that your current lender charges for exiting a loan.
Stamp Duty – If you borrow more money than your previous loan, you may have to pay stamp duty on the extra amount. We can go through this with you when you apply.
Legal fees – conveyancing costs and property search costs.
