Start Internet Banking, it's Free!*
1. Call 131 728 (Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm) & after security identification you will be issued with your Access
Code.
2. Log in to Internet Banking from the CCU home page.
3. Sign-in using your Customs Credit Union Member number and issued Access Code. You will need to enter the second field of verification.
4. Read through the terms and conditions.
5. Re-enter your issued access code and then enter a new
access code of your choice (access code must contain a minimum of 8 and maximum of 15 characters, with a minimum of 1 number). Re-enter your new access code.
6. Click on "Accept terms and submit new access code" to acknowledge your understanding.
7. Begin Internet Banking!
